1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chess Titans AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

Chess Titans AI is a mobile chess game application that allows you to:

Play vs AI: Challenge an intelligent AI opponent with multiple difficulty levels
Two Player Mode: Play chess locally with another player on the same device
Track Statistics: Monitor your game statistics and progress
Customize Themes: Choose from 20 beautiful board themes and personalize settings
Ad-Free Option: Optionally purchase an ad-free experience

3 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass any security features

4 In-App Purchases

👑 Remove Ads Purchase

Chess Titans AI offers an optional one-time purchase to remove all advertisements from the App.

All purchases are processed through Google Play
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Google account
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account

5 Advertisements

The free version of Chess Titans AI displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving these advertisements. You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option to enjoy an ad-free experience.

6 Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, audio clips, and software, is the property of The MobiLab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The chess piece designs, board themes, and all visual elements are proprietary to The MobiLab.

7 User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The MobiLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10 Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
